Terms and conditions
Nothing in these Conditions affects the statutory rights of a consumer under (including but not limited to) the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended from time to time.
If you purchase goods from me that are stock items and you are a UK/EU consumer, you are able to cancel your order with me for any reason or no reason at all within fourteen (14) days following receipt of your Goods by providing me with notice. Goods should be returned by a registered service and you are responsible for payment of postage costs to return the product. The customer must ensure that any returned goods are adequately packaged and returned in unused condition. The original postage costs will be refunded.
Your rights of cancellation will not apply to custom made to order items
